    Women's Pilates Sculpt

    Pilates Sculpt blends Pilates-inspired movement, strength-focused sequences, and intentional breath in a space that honors the body as a gift and movement as a form of care.

    Classes are upbeat, music-driven, and designed to build endurance, alignment, and confidence in a welcoming women-only environment.

    Mother & Daughter Class

    This special class is designed for mothers and daughters, or female caregivers and their female children, to move, breathe, and connect together in a nurturing and joyful environment.

    Through gentle movement, guided breathwork, and playful connection, this class supports bonding, body awareness, confidence, and shared presence.

    Give what you can: this class is free to sign up, with a suggested donation of $10. 100% of proceeds will be donated to organizations supporting children in need in the Pittsburgh area.

One mat, one breath, and you're in.

The first class is the hardest one to show up to - so I make it the easiest one to leave. Drop in with the $15 intro, no commitment. I'll meet you at the door and walk you through every cue.

Privates and small-group intros are available on request.
